Scribble, scribble, write, write and voila! We added huge chunks to our respective writing projects, shared a peek at our neighbors projects and processes, and more than one of our little band of scribes, including me, broke through one of those ugly BLOCKS that we writers bang our brains against. Thank you for shutting us up, sitting us down, and giving us the impetus to WRITE. Exellent experience.

Wow! What a productive writing day. I have the hardest time sitting down and writing but knowing that I’m going to check-in with others who are doing the same thing makes a big difference. Write on!

It’s 3:13 pm Pacific Time on Tuesday, August 8.
I just finished Andy’s “Shut Up and Write” Integrity Day.
I never knew I could write all day long and not want to kill myself at some point along the way. It was so much fun, and I got a lot accomplished, more than I anticipated.
Plus, I learned what works and what doesn’t work for me when it comes to writing for long stretches of time. During moments (lots of moments) of frustration, when it just wasn’t flowing, it was great to know that at the top of the hour I could check in with someone who would make me laugh, or at least listen to me complain.
As Andy told me, “It’s just a book!”
This was a motivating, “can-do”kind of day. Thanks, Andy! I’ll make sure to give you a nod in the acknowledgments of my book.

Andy, what a brilliant idea! Thanks for making your writing calls free to your fans. While I will need to head into work for much of the day tomorrow just reading your challenge has given me the extra push I need to get up early and tackle my next “15 Minute Advantage” podcast.
By the way, your book, “Blogwild” motivated me to put up a blog for our show notes, links and resources. The book and the blog were very small investments that have already paid for themselves many times over.Thanks a million!
